## About Quick Reply

Need easy access to phrases you type back the time in live captions? With Quick Replies, you can save these words or phrases for easy access and send them into the conversation with [Ava Voice](https://help.ava.me/en/articles/8618984-understanding-your-keyboard-on-ava-mobile-ios#h_9c3bbce4cc) or make them big with [Ava Show](https://help.ava.me/en/articles/8618984-understanding-your-keyboard-on-ava-mobile-ios#h_915832ebcd).

Everyone has an automated Quick Reply created as an example of how it works. You will see " **Hi 👋🏻 I'm <name> and I'm <hearing profile>**" in your saved Quick Replies. An example of what this would look like is " **Hi 👋🏻 I'm Jules and I'm Deaf.**"

## How to Access Your Quick Replies

_There are two ways to use your Quick Replies_

### Find a Quick Reply via List

1. Start an Ava conversation
2. Tap your ⌨️ **Keyboard**
3. Tap the 💬 **Quick Reply** icon
4. Choose a quick reply to display in full-screen

### Find a Quick Reply via Shortcut

1. Start an Ava conversation
2. Tap your ⌨️ **Keyboard**
3. Type the name of your Quick Reply
4. Tap on the shortcut

## How to Create or Edit a Quick Reply

1. Start an Ava conversation
2. Tap your ⌨️ **Keyboard**
3. Tap the 💬 **Quick Reply** icon
4. Tap **Manage Quick Replies**
5. To create a new Quick Reply, tap the **➕ icon** in the right-hand corner
6. To edit a Quick Reply, tap the one you want to edit
