We offer support Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm CST. Expect a response within 24 business hours.

## How to chat with support on Ava Mobile

- 💬  **Chat with our team by support team directly from your app!** Simply go to Profile > Support > Ask a question.

- ✉️  **Email us on [hello@ava.me](mailto:hello@ava.me), if you are experiencing a technical issue, email us at [support@ava.me](mailto:support@ava.me)**

- **🎥  Make a video, and send it by email**

- On Mac, use **command** + **shift** + **5** to record your screen
  - On Windows, use **windows logo key** + **alt** + **R**
  - Or simply use your phone to record your computer screen!
  - On iOS, use the **Screen Recording** feature in your Control Center
  - On Android, use the **Screen Record** in your Quick Panel

- **🔵 Visit any of our [Ava](/content/site-root.html) web pages and click the floating blue chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner. Click on it and start chatting instantly!**

- **👤 Visit our [Facebook page](https://www.facebook.com/avadotme/) and send us a message directly from Messenger!**
