## **Internet connection**

You'll need an Internet connection (wifi or mobile data) to run Ava.

### **Bandwidth requirements**

Upload speed > 2mb/s

Download speed > 15mb/s

## **Mobile Phone system requirements**

You'll need a smartphone or a tablet with either:

- Android (Phone/Tablet), version 10.0 and above

- iPhone/iPad - iOS version 15.0 and above

## **Computer - Operating System Requirements for Ava Desktop (Mac & Windows)**

⚠️ Ava officially supports macOS and Windows. While Linux may work for capturing microphone audio, internal/system audio capture is not supported at this time, and Linux is currently unofficially supported, with the possibility of official support in the future.

## **Computer System Requirements (Processor and RAM)**

## **Firewall/Whitelist**

If you are using a work computer or have security measures in place on your computer, make sure you check these settings to allow for Ava:

1. Allow HTTPS and WebSocket over SSL/TLS.

2. Add these domains to your whitelist: `backend.ava.me` and `api-production.ava.me`

## **Phone Number, Email, Google, Facebook, Apple login**

In order to create your Ava account, you'll need one of the following:

- Mobile phone number (at least for the one-time use to get a verification code). If you don't have any, please look into [google.com/voice](http://google.com/voice) service that can help you log in.

- Email account (non-Gmail)

- Gmail account

- Facebook account

- Apple Account

## **Bluetooth Microphone & Keyboard (optional)**
